Frequently Asked Questions

How difficult is it to learn?: Most people get comfortable with basic riding within 30-60 minutes. We provide safety gear if you need it to make learning easier. The Pint X is actually the easiest model to learn on thanks to its smaller size and simpler controls.
Where can I ride in Portland?: Portland has amazing Onewheel terrain! Including nice flat roads, parks, and an abundance of bike lanes.
What's your cancellation policy?: All rentals are handles through friendwitha.com, see their policies before confiriming the rental.
What if I damage the Onewheel?: Minor scratches from normal use are expected. The board can handle a beating, so don't worry. For significant damage FriendWithA provides insurance. We recommend practicing in open areas until you're comfortable.
How does pickup/dropoff work?: We're located in NE Portland off of Alberta Street. You'll pick up and return the Onewheel at my apartment. Convient no-contact pickup, just like AirBNB but for Onewheel.
